Terraswitch needed a web product that would instantly communicate trust, simplify payment operations, and give merchants a clearer path through account onboarding, payment collection, and business management. We architected the core infrastructure for Terraswitch, from payment routing and wallet management to automated compliance and real-time data. We built a fast, modular framework using secure APIs and event-driven services. Research Process
We studied how money moves through Terraswitch to find the smoothest path for users. Our team audited the system to remove friction and restructured the data to make it more logical. By mapping out simple user flows for complex transactions, we ensured the platform is both powerful for developers and easy for businesses to navigate.

Product Design
To speed up delivery, we based design decisions on the core service architecture. The structure of the platform, handling payments, secure wallets, compliance, and real-time data, directly shaped the navigation, user roles, and dashboard layouts. This ensured the interface was built to match the way the technology actually works.
Design Direction
We focused on three things: trust, clarity, and speed. Financial tools must feel secure, so we built a clean interface that’s easy to read and fast to use.
Every detail, from colors to fonts, was chosen to show exactly what’s happening with your money. Whether a payment is successful, pending, or flagged, you’ll see it clearly and can act instantly without the stress.

Once the core was set, we designed the interface for users, from merchants to partners. We focused on clear views of transaction history, wallet balances, and compliance alerts.
By working closely with the engineering team, we made sure the design was built to handle real data without slowing down. The result is a simple, high-performance dashboard that makes managing complex finance feel intuitive.
